"The First Youth Vocational Training Center"

is organized by the National Youth Commission

for providing vocational training, employment assistance ,

and activity guidance services for young people on January 1970.

During its initial phase ,

the Commission apply Chung-Mei Fund to purchase the equipments

and machines for training temporary in the factory of

Yulon motor company at Da-Ping-Lin.

On Jan 24,1986,it rename the center

"Youth Vocational Training Center of

the National Youth Commission

of the Executive Yuan " with permission.
